Customer Intelligence Systems
Redesign the insight processes and systems for an AI-mediated organisation
Most organisations already possess substantial customer data and insight. The difficulty is that it is often fragmented across reports, platforms, functions and individual experience. Valuable knowledge is created for a particular project, presented once and then becomes difficult to find, connect or apply.
AI creates the potential to change this. It can help organisations process more evidence, identify relationships, retrieve existing knowledge and make insight available to more people.
But adding AI to fragmented processes does not automatically create better customer intelligence.
Without a shared structure, clear governance and human interpretation, it can simply produce more content, more quickly.
Decision Architects helps organisations redesign the way customer intelligence is created, connected, interpreted and used. The aim is to build a more continuous flow between evidence, decision- making, action and learning.
This can include:
- assessing how customer evidence currently moves through the organisation
- connecting research, behavioural data, market signals and frontline knowledge
- creating shared customer models, segmentations and decision frameworks
- designing repositories that allow teams to find, question and apply existing evidence
- establishing standards for provenance, relevance, confidence and appropriate use
- embedding intelligence into planning, innovation and commercial workflows
- creating feedback loops so that action generates further learning
The goal is not a larger research archive. It is a living customer-intelligence system that gets the right evidence to the right people at the point of decision.
