Decision Architects refined Allianz’ existing segmentation layering on deeper insight to identify new opportunities. We mapped competitor activity and determined how Allianz’ current commercial propositions could be differentiated from the competition – mapping opportunities and assessing risk within each segment. We improved their customer segmentation framework, helping them rethink their marketing plans and find opportunities to stand out against the competition.
